Data Confidentiality

All confidential information disclosed by the customer to EssentialSoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall be received in confidence. We undertake all necessary steps to ensure the secrecy of the confidential information and restrict access to employees who need to know to engage.

Service Scope

The following services are covered by this agreement:

  1. Manned telephone support

  2. Monitored email support

  3. Remote assistance using a remote desktop or VPN<

  4. Planned or emergency on-site assistance (extra costs apply)

Customer Requirements

Customers are responsible for:

  1. Payment for all support costs at the agreed interval

  2. Availability of customer representatives when resolving service-related incidents or requests

Service Provider Requirements

Support is available as follows:

  1. Telephone support: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday – Saturday (excluding holidays)

  2. Email support: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday – Saturday (excluding holidays)

Emails received outside office hours will be collected but no action can be guaranteed until the next working day. Onsite assistance is available within 7 working days (additional costs apply).

Service Requests

EssentialSoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will respond to service-related incidents and requests as follows:

  1. High priority: 0–12 hours (during business hours)

  2. Medium priority: Within 24 hours

  3. Low priority: Within 5 working days


Upon termination, EssentialSoft will provide a SQL database backup. You may stop using the service at any time, but no refunds will be issued. EssentialSoft reserves the right to terminate your account for unpaid or overdue payments.
