What is AI Face Recognition?
In Essential SFA, the AI Face Recognition feature provides a solution to prevent fake calls made by users. This feature ensures whether the user is actually present at the site or not.
During joint working, this feature ensures that both the MR and the manager are present at the site together. Verification is done through selfies on each and every call.
Why is this feature necessary?
Managers work jointly with their assigned teams, and this is a necessary part of their work. A manager's presence with the team is important because they need to observe the team, guide them, and evaluate their performance.
For this, the physical availability of both the manager and the MR on-site is important. In some cases, the manager is not physically present with the MR, and the MR alone punches all the calls.
To prevent this, Essential SFA has introduced this new face recognition feature, which helps ensure the manager's physical availability with the team by verifying their faces through selfies.

- 3. If the face is verified, they can punch the call. If it is not verified, the system will restrict the user from punching the call
